All customisations are 100% processed and produced by Beca Ferretti SA, a leading embroidery company in Switzerland. Beca designs the embroidery of your logo, line by line, giving it a professional and high quality aesthetic. The design is then sent to production, together with the chosen clothing, where the latest generation Tajima embroidery machines produce your embroidered clothing, stitch by stitch, with the highest possible quality.
The clothing is finally cleaned, ironed and folded with care, and then shipped via Post or DHL.
The first step in creating a high quality design is to have high quality embroidery. To achieve high quality embroidery you need to know some of the constraints that come with the embroidery technique by its nature:
The individual strokes must be at least 1mm thick and the letters cannot be smaller than 4mm. There cannot be more than 12 colours. It is not possible to make shades. DON'T worry, your design will be analysed by professionals and if adjustments are necessary you will be contacted and informed.
You can place your embroidery almost anywhere you want. Of course, it is not possible to embroider on zips and buttons.
The classic positions are: heart area, back at shoulder blade height, sleeve at shoulder height.
You can use any of your designs on as many garments as you want, at no additional cost. We will take care of adapting it to the various fabrics with the utmost professionalism and experience. Also, if you register as a customer, your designs will be saved on your customer page and you can reuse them at no additional cost.
There is no minimum order quantity. The cost per product drops significantly after 10pcs, however. If possible, it is recommended to order several products in the same order.
The price is affected by the number of stitches in the embroidery and the number of items to be embroidered. To reduce the cost of your order you need to decrease the size of the embroidery and/or, if possible, combine the various purchases into a single order.
If you create a customer page, your orders and logos are saved in our database. Your data is kept secure and remains your property. You can remake an identical order or you can reuse them whenever you want, and you can change the colours, sizes and positions without paying any additional cost. If you would like to have your embroidery file you can ask for it by email.
Clothing items should be washed according to the indications in the product description, which you can find bby clicking on the product desired.
On the other hand, washing embroidery does not require any particular care. The yarns we use resist washing, drying and ironing over time, without losing their shape and colour.

Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Business of Beca Shop by Beca Ferretti SA as the seller and you as the customer apply to all orders in the Beca online shop (www.becashop.ch) as well as to those purchases for which Beca Shop declares these General Terms and Conditions to be applicable.
Scope
The GTC apply to all services provided by Beca Shop in the online shop (www.becashop.ch) and become valid upon conclusion of a contract. The deliveries, services and offers of Beca Shop are exclusively based on these GTC, even if they are not expressly agreed again. By sending an order to Beca Shop, you confirm that you have read these GTC and expressly agree to them.
Conclusion of a contract
All information on goods and prices within the ordering process is subject to change and non-binding. Orders are binding for customers. Accordingly, orders can neither be changed nor cancelled. Customers receive a non-binding confirmation from the seller for orders. The contract with the seller only comes into effect with the notification of dispatch. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aware of the scope and content of your order. Questions in this connection can therefore be clarified with us in advance.
Delivery
Goods are always delivered by post or courier. The delivery time in Switzerland is usually 5 to 12 working days, unless otherwise stated for the respective product. This information is without guarantee. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time depends on the recipient's location. In the EU, we ship our shipments DDP which means that there are no additional fees/customs charges for the customer. For other shipping locations abroad, additional taxes and customs duties may be incurred at the border, which are generally to be borne by the customer.
If the sender does not provide the correct address or an address where the post office cannot locate the person, then the return costs charged by the post office must be borne by the customer.
If an item in the range is exceptionally not available, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. As a matter of principle, Beca Shop reserves the right to make a partial delivery if this appears to be conducive to the efficient processing of the overall delivery. Of course, in such cases, no additional shipping costs will be charged for the subsequent delivery.
Prices
All prices on www.becashop.ch are not inclusive of VAT (currently 7.7%) and exclusive of shipping costs. The effective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket before the order is completed. Beca Shop has the express right to adjust the prices shown online at any time without notice and without further explanation. For the calculation of the prices, the time of the order on the website applies.

Terms of payment
The following payment options are available to you:
Purchase on account (we reserve the right to carry out a credit check), Paypal, credit card (via SIX payment sevices).
In the case of purchase on account, the invoiced amount must be paid to the account stated on the invoice by the due date stated on the invoice form (usually 14 days) at the latest.
If you do not meet your payment obligation, you will be in default upon expiry of the payment deadline set for you without further reminder and will have to pay default interest of 8%. Beca Shop is entitled to charge a reminder fee of up to CHF 20.00 per payment reminder as well as other fees, in particular the costs of any debt collection proceedings.
The customer agrees that Beca Shop may at any time grant third parties involved in checking the customer's creditworthiness and collecting the purchase access to the customer's personal data resulting from the business relationship, including all payment experiences from the order process. The customer is entitled to revoke his aforementioned consent in writing at any time. The data on a data subject transmitted by the customer in the context of an enquiry will be stored in a database for the operation of the credit agency and to ensure the accuracy of the data.
Retention of title; set-off; right of retention
(1) In the case of consumers, we retain title to the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you are an entrepreneur in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve title to the purchased item until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the customer have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.
(2) You shall only have a right of set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed or acknowledged by us. Furthermore, you only have a right of retention if and insofar as your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
(3) If the customer is in default with any payment obligations towards us, all existing claims shall become due immediately.
Warranty
Defective goods must be reported in writing to the company address within 10 days of delivery or after the occurrence of the damage, otherwise the warranty claim will lapse. The warranty claim is valid from the date of delivery. It expires in the event of improper use or natural wear and tear. Beca Shop reserves the right to decide individually in the event of a warranty claim. The guarantee and warranty is excluded for articles that have been declared as outlet goods.
Minor model deviations
It happens that the design of individual articles changes slightly. Naturally, Beca Shop cannot accept any liability for such modifications made by manufacturers and suppliers.
Care/Handling
Beca Shop accepts no liability for the customer's misconduct in the care and/or handling of the articles supplied.
Data protection
Beca Shop undertakes to process your customer data carefully and to observe the provisions of the relevant data protection legislation. In particular, no data will be passed on to third parties. However, no liability can be accepted for the security of data transmitted via the Internet.
Marketing
Beca Shop reserves the right to reuse the e-mail address and telephone number provided when placing an order for its own marketing purposes (newsletter & other). You can opt out of this by sending a personal e-mail to info@becashop.ch.
Reviews of products
Beca Shop can sends e-mails after the purchase, which invite customers to review the purchased products. BecaShop reserves the right to use these and all other reviews (without e-mail request) for marketing purposes.
Vouchers
Personal vouchers that have only been created for a specific person or for a specific group may not be passed on and may only be redeemed by persons authorised by Beca Shop. Beca Shop reserves the right to cancel any unauthorised orders without comment. Only one discount code may be used per order.
Liability in general
It is hereby expressly pointed out that no liability claims can be asserted against Beca Shop for indirect damage or consequential damage of the customer, insofar as there is no damage caused by Beca Shop intentionally or through gross negligence. Applicable law/place of jurisdiction
In any case, the relationship between you and Beca Shop is subject to Swiss law in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB). The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland. The application of the provisions of the Vienna Sales Convention ("United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods") is expressly excluded.
